Aquatek Digital pH Meter 0.01 Resolution Handheld (0.00-14.00) description

This pocket-sized pH-meter with LCD display shows a precise response time in a very short time. 

It can be used just under laboratory conditions, such as at home, for the following liquids:

• waters: mineral water, tap water
• swimming pools, spas, swimming pools
• aquarium waters
• Aquaponics / Hippopotamus
• or you may be able to use beer or wine.
• Power on / off button ensures energy saving, no need to wait for automatic shutdown.With another switch, you can easily calibrate the device with ease.
   

First commissioning:

1. First remove the protective cap from the appliance.
2. Rinse the electrode with distilled water, then dry on a paper.
3. Use the ON / OFF button to switch on.
4. In 250 ml of distilled water pour the pH 6.86 calibration powder.
5. Immerse the device probe into this liquid.
6. Mix the solution gently, then wait for the meter to point to a fixed value.
7. Then rinse the probe with distilled water and turn off the pH meter.
8. The meter is easy to use and purse-free, as it does not require a continuous test strip.

It is easy to use and budget-friendly, so the use of test strips can be omitted. This instrument can only be calibrated with Aquatek pH 6.86 Calibration Powder or Aquatek pH 4.01 calibration powder which is not included in this product and must be ordered separately.
