The Coconut brick washed 550 g is an ideal substrate for those who prefer a clean and natural product. It is especially suitable for fast-growing plants. It has a high water retention capacity, so less water is needed to irrigate. Coconut fiber is the outer layer of the coconut shell. It is a widely used growing medium due to its fibrous structure similar to peat. It is able to absorb and retain eight times its own weight of water and can store it for a long time. The space between the fibers provides good ventilation. Since it is a non-living organic material, it is not prone to mold. It can be used in most soil cultivation methods, as the only medium or to improve soil mixtures. Its beneficial properties can also be exploited as a separate water storage layer. Washed, unbuffered coconut fiber is a natural planting medium that has been thoroughly cleaned of physical impurities, but has not been chemically stabilized. Since it is not buffered, it may have higher potassium and sodium content, so it is recommended to soak and rinse before use to avoid nutrient absorption problems.

* Buffering nutrient solutions are specifically suitable for filling with calcium and magnesium. After buffering, the coconut bricks are considered equivalent to our buffered coconut products, so any coconut food can be used with them. CANNA COGr Buffer Agent nutrient solution was specifically developed for this: for preparing and pre-treating the growing medium. It is used to soak and fill the medium with nutrients, and also contains pH stabilizers, silicon, humic and fulvic acids. So the given coconut brick must be treated with such a solution before use.
