BioNova Ca 15 description

BioNova Ca 15 is a food grade mineral fertilizer with 15% calcium content. Calcium plays an important role in stabilizing cell walls, ion reactions within plants, influencing growth hormones, and regulating the transport of nutrients and water in the plant. In high humidity or compact crops, the driving speed is low and can lead to calcium deficiency. Plants absorb food-grade minerals directly to provide optimal control over the plants. Calcium deficiency leads to softening of cell walls, which is immediately manifested by increased sensitivity to fungi. and the destruction of young leaves and growth points. It can be used for all soil mixtures and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation.

Use
It should be used in case of calcium deficiency and / or to strengthen cell walls. It can be mixed with all Bionova stimulants, minerals, universal materials and substrates. Dosage: 2-4 ml per 10 liters of water in areas with soft water and 5-15 ml per 10 liters of water when using reverse osmosis water. Can be used for irrigation and leaf spray.

Tips from Bionova growers

• If the leaves show brown, round speckled yellow areas that are deficient in calcium (Ca), apply Ca 15 to the culture. Plants recovering rapidly from nutrient deficiencies.
• Use Ca 15 weekly during fruit production to prevent common physiological diseases such as apex rot of tomatoes, bitter seedling of the apple tree, cracking of the fruit and dried leaves in lettuce.
• When growing in a humid environment, double the dose of Ca 15 to strengthen plant tissues.
• When using soft water or reverse osmosis water, use three times the normal dose of Ca15.
• Use Ca 15 to harden germ tissues on mother plants just before cutting clones, thus preparing for healthier rooting.
• To produce healthy seeds after pollination, increase the dose of Ca 15 along with MgO 10, both products contain nitrogen, leading to adequate nutrient uptake.
